Afterwards, the quest «Purity» requires two more heads, as Vilkas and Farkas wish to be cured as well. While the quest only requires the death of one of the witches, it may be of benefit to kill all five. Complete the Companion questline to marry her, but be careful, marrying her before doing her post-companion quest will make it impossible to complete. If you don’t intend to have either of them follow you, then it really doesn’t matter.
